Kindness is an essential attribute not only in life, but also at work. A viewpoint sustained by Franck Martin, a French training and communication expert and coach for major companies, work groups and sports teams.
As an author, Martin penned the book “Il potere della gentilezza” (The Power of Kindness) (published in Italy by Feltrinelli), and other works on happiness and optimism, translated into several languages. In this interview, with his characteristic unbridled energy and positivity, he explains why being nice is always worthwhile, as long as it is sincere. He also explains why Maria Montessori’s teaching methods, which are imbued with kindness, are also very useful in companies.
